A small group of students ages 15-18 will learn how to properly execute free weight lifts and use safety techniques such as spotting, under the guidance of Kayla, Certified Athletic Trainer or our personal trainer Bob. (younger youth who have previously been in Youth Fitness Training will be considered with Kayla & Bob’s approval) Class size limited
