A mixture of intervals on the bike and intervals performing strengthening exervises with kettlebells.
45-minute classes available.


  • Helps tone lower body
  • Increase cardio fitness
  • Improves endurance.

Ability Level

  • Designed for any fitness level. Modifications will be provided if needed.


  • Cycling can be as challenging as you like. Modifications are given that will provide a successful workout for every rider.
  • Come a little early to setup the stationary bike.

Equipment Used

  • Stationary bikes, kettlebells and a mat – provided by WRF.


  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  • Stiff-soled, indoor gym shoes

What to Bring (Optional)

  • A water bottle and towel.
