Join WRF for Beat the Bulge, then Indulge! Burn those extra calories before that "Big Game" in a 2 hour metabolic conditioning workout, alternating strength and cardio sessions with:

  • stationary bikes,
  • free weights,
  • kettle bells,
  • benches and
  • bands.
