Description

A combination of traditional step aerobic moves and cardio/toning exercises arranged in an interval format.

Outcomes/Benefits

  • Full body toning

Ability Level

  • All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be provided to accommodate those desiring a low impact workout.
  • Minimum age: 10 years.

Tips/Preparation

  • Come warmed up.

Equipment Used

  • Aerobic Step and risers (participant preference on quantity used) and a yoga mat – provided by WRF.

Attire

  • Comfortable workout clothing
  • Indoor gym shoes, stocking feet or clean, bare feet

What to Bring (Optional)

  • Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and towel.
