Description

A mix of cardio and strength training that will produce a higher level of all around conditioning. Expect martial arts, plyometrics, strength, balance, and body weight exercises.
45-minute classes available.

Ability Level

  • Modifications for any fitness level.
  • Minimum age: 15 years.

Tips/Preparation

Equipment Used

  • Barbells, step platforms with risers, kettle bells, stability balls and hand weights – provided by WRF.

Attire

  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  • Indoor gym shoes

What to Bring (Optional)

  • A water bottle and towel.
