Description

High-intensity workout is for those who are looking for a full-body challenge. It incorporates body weight, strength and conditioning exercises.
45-minute classes available.

Outcomes/Benefits

  • Improves muscular strength and endurance
  • Improves flexibility and range of movement and weight loss through elevated calorie expenditure

Ability Level

  • Intermediate and advanced.
  • Minimum age: 15 years.

Tips/Preparation

  • Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.

Equipment Used

  • Steps, free weights, stationary bikes and more – provided by WRF.

Attire

  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  • Indoor/Outdoor gym shoes

What to Bring (Optional)

  • A water bottle and towel.
