  • All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided to accommodate those desiring a low impact workout.
  • No age limit.

  • Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.

  • No equipment needed.

Attire

  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  • Indoor gym shoes

What to Bring (Optional)

  • A water bottle and towel.
