“Patient Centered Care is a philosophy that is engrained in me through out my training and career. Individualized care, tailored to specific needs of the great variety of patients. The goal is to make the experience and process as successful and least stressful as possible.”
Length of time at OMC: I have been at OMC since early 2023, transitioning from a few days a month to a full-time general surgeon in 2024.
Why do you like working at OMC? I enjoy working at OMC because the people and staff share a like-minded mentality of Patient First care. It is an extremely "can do" facility and culture.
What is your philosophy of care? Patient Centered Care is a philosophy that is engrained in me through out my training and career. Individualized care, tailored to specific needs of the great variety of patients. The goal is to make the experience and process as successful and least stressful as possible.
What do you like to do when you’re not at OMC? I enjoy my family and home in Western Wisconsin. Outdoor activities include gardening, managing my wooded property, birdwatching, swimming, basketball, and golf.
Fun Fact about me: Fun fact about me: I am a "bird nerd"---I love to identify birds by sight, sound, and flight. I love to be outdoors, in the woods.
