Why do you like working at OMC? Dr. Richardson is passionate about helping patients in rural areas manage pain and enabling them to stay active, aligning well with OMC’s patient-centered approach.
What is your philosophy of care? He takes a collaborative approach to care, focusing on conservative treatments to help patients improve function without immediately resorting to medications or procedures. His goal is to maximize patient outcomes through the least invasive methods.
Personal Interests: When not at work, Dr. Richardson enjoys staying active by playing golf, kayaking on a lake, and traveling.
Fun Fact: Dr. Richardson’s inspiration for pursuing a career in medicine came from visiting his sister, an athletic trainer, and learning about the work of team physicians.
