Wellness Checks

Wellness Checks

Regular checkups with your health care provider are great opportunities to address health concerns that may come up, prepare for others through vaccinations or look for those that show no symptoms.

High blood pressure is one of those that show no signs, but left untreated, can lead to stroke or heart failure. Yet, high blood pressure can be easily managed through such things as exercise, nutrition or medication.

Whether we call them well-baby checks, well-child checks or wellness checks, we are diligent about scheduling checkups for our kids, We also need to remember to schedule them for ourselves so that the whole family is ahead of the curve when it comes to health.
