How to Sign Up For MyChart: A Step-by-Step Guide

At Osceola Medical Center, we are excited to transition to Epic MyChart on November 10, 2024, a powerful patient portal that will enhance your healthcare experience. Signing up for MyChart is simple and can be done on your desktop or mobile device. Follow the steps below to create your MyChart account and start managing your health information with ease.



Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Link


Your healthcare provider will send you an email with a link to sign up for MyChart after your appointment. Open the email and click on the provided link to start the sign-up process.


OR if you werent sent a signup link - go to mychart.org to sign up



You can also go to https://www.mychart.org and click "Access MyChart" and search "Osceola Medical Center" and select OMC below.



Step 2: Create Your Username and Password & Confirm Your Identity

Once you click the link, you’ll be taken to the sign-up page. Here, you can choose to use your email address as your username or create a new one. Then, create a secure password for your account.


To confirm your identity, you will need to enter your birthdate. Please note that the information required might vary depending on your healthcare provider’s policy.



Step 3: Accept Terms and Conditions

Read and accept the terms and conditions of use provided by your healthcare provider.


Step 4: Explore the MyChart Dashboard

After accepting the terms and conditions, your new MyChart account will appear. The main view of MyChart is your health feed, which shows the most important alerts and information for your care.
