Yogurt is a great food to incorporate into your diet. It’s rich in probiotics and a good source of calcium. At this Table Talk workshop, you will learn how to make your own yogurt at home without the large amounts of sugar some store brands have.
All workshops include a nutritional discussion, hands-on cooking demonstration and take-home item.
