Osceola Medical Center has transitioned from AthenaHealth's Patient Portal to a new electronic medical system, Epic MyChart, designed to offer you more online capabilities and access to your health care than ever before. Meet MyChart and get answers to your questions about your new patient portal.

Introducing Epic's MyChart

MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects Osceola Medical Center patients to their electronic medical record, providing easy access to your health information in one convenient place.

Manage your health care 24/7 MyChart is a powerful patient portal that allows Osceola Medical Center patients to manage their health care 24/7.

 

Features will be rolled out over the coming months, including:

  • Schedule and view appointments

  • Access test results and health information

  • Pay or view your bills

  • Send secure messages to your health-care team

  • Link accounts from other healthcare providers using Happy Together

  • Use Two-Step Verification for enhanced security

 

You can access MyChart through your desktop browser or download the MyChart mobile app for convenient access on your smartphone or tablet.

What will happened to the AthenaHealth Patient Portal?

 

Our previous patient portal (Athena) was shut down on November 10, 2024, the same day we launched Epic MyChart. After that date, all access to the previous portal was disabled. However, all medical history remains stored at OMC and can be accessed by calling the medical records office.
