Billing & Insurance

Osceola Medical Center takes pride in patient care and service. This also applies to the billing process after you leave. Although, ultimately, patients are responsible for their accounts, we will work as best we can to help you manage your accounts. At your disposal are patient account representatives, financial counselors and a patient advocate.

We offer financial help to our patients who cannot pay all or part of their medical bills. You may apply for help through our Community Care program. This program covers charges for many of our services at our clinic and hospital.

The Community care program covers charges at Osceola Medical Center’s clinic and hospital. You may qualify if your income is at or below 301% of the Federal Policy Guidelines.

The federal government requires each hospital to post on its website a list of its standard charges for each inpatient and outpatient service and item provided by the hospital. The list is available in a machine-readable format and as a price estimator.

Video Visits: From our Home to Yours

To help keep our patients safe during the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be using video visits whenever possible to meet your healthcare needs. If you receive a prescription at the end of your virtual visit, it can be sent directly to a pharmacy most convenient for you. Your provider will help to determine when an in-person visit would be best.

Dr. Nguyen was amazing. He is so friendly. He answered all your questions. He is very professional. I ... first time we've ever seen him, so I would definitely recommend him as a provider. Our experience was nothing but great, the whole time.

Nicole did a great job on the well child visits. She really encouraged healthy lifestyle, and took time to talk to my daughter and get her feedback, and include her in care.
