Wild River Fitness wants to see you succeed in your fitness and wellness goals. To accomplish this, we also offer three different options of certified personal training.

Our certified personal trainers are experts in exercise program development and instruction. We can help you set goals and then motivate you to achieve them. We can measure your strengths and weaknesses, and provide feedback along the way. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting started, personal training can help.

One-To-One Training

With one-to-one personal training, it’s all about you. We’ll discuss your needs and create workouts personalized specifically for you with attainable short- and long-term goals. Motivational coaching can focus on exercise technique, consistency, nutrition and healthy living.

Partner Training

Can’t do it alone? Many people see better results with a workout buddy. Our partner training allows you and a friend to work out together. You’ll get the same level of detail and intensity as you’d find in a one-to-one session, and you may be more likely to stick with your exercise routine if you’re doing it with a friend.

Group Training

The more may be the merrier with our group personal training. Bring in two or three of your buddies and get custom workouts designed and led by a personal trainer. Group training is limited to 3 to 4.
