Group Exercise

Born to dance? Want to cycle en masse? Yoga more your style? Our classes have you covered. We offer classes for any intensity you desire, and any age and fitness level. We also have classes for all levels as well as intermediate to advanced abilities. See below for our classes listed by category and to find the one that’s right for you. Personal Training

Wild River Fitness wants to see you succeed in your fitness and wellness goals. To accomplish this, we also offer three different options of certified personal training.

Our certified personal trainers are experts in exercise program development and instruction. We can help you set goals and then motivate you to achieve them. We can measure your strengths and weaknesses, and provide feedback along the way. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting started, personal training can help.
