Fill Out the Online Health Interview: 5-15 minutes
You will need to create a new account the first time you use ClickClinic. After that, just log in here or through MyChart.*

*When you access ClickClinic through MyChart, each visit is immediately logged and available to you and your care team. Just go to MyChart and select ClickClinic in the menu to start!

OMC Clinician Reviews: Within 1 hour*
An OMC Clinician will review your information and create a care plan. You'll be notified when the results are available, usually within the hour.

*Requests made outside of business hours will be reviewed starting at 7 am.

Get Your Care Plan*
If a prescription is part of your care plan, you'll be able to send it to the pharmacy of your choice.
*If you can’t be treated online, you will not be charged. In this case, we'll help you make an in-person appointment.
Please note, while ClickClinic offers cash-based services, patients have the option to submit receipts to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Our billing department is available to assist with insurance submissions. However, laboratory and imaging services will be billed directly to insurance providers. For questions about insurance, call 715-294-2111 and ask for a patient account representative.
