Athletic Trainer – School Based Sports Coverage **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus**
Shift: Part time (.5, M-F with occasional Saturday coverage. Evening hours to cover practice and events)
Duties: Certified Athletic Trainer to be responsible for the management and provision of care of injuries to athletes participating in organized sports. Will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and Physician. Coverage of home sporting events to provide care and respond to sporting injuries. Maintain injury records for all students involved in the athletic program. Develop and review emergency medical plans, participate in the development and review of school policies on return to play criteria, and provide prevention techniques as needed such as taping, bracing, etc.
Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited program. Certification and appropriate licensure to practice in the state of WI are required. Must have a professional attitude and ability to be a team player.
Clinic Assistant - Care Coordinator **$1,500 Sign-On Bonus**

Duties: Provides support to three family practice provider teams. Duties include but are not limited to: chart prep and pre-visit planning for upcoming scheduled patients, EMR inbox management, phone message facilitating test results, registry work, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, assisting with minor office procedures, and all other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
Requirements: CMA certification or registration, or LPN licensure (in WI) required. Strong knowledge of family practice preferred with at least one year of full-time employment preferred. Current CPR certification required upon hire. Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
Clinic Assistant - Family Practice
Shift: Part time (.5, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 am – 5 pm)
Duties: Provide direct support to a clinician in our busy family practice clinic. Duties include but are not limited to rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, entering patient history into the EMR, administering injections, assisting with minor office procedures, phone message facilitating test results and all other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
Requirements: CMA certification or registration, or LPN licensure required. One year of full-time employment preferred. Current CPR certification required within six months of hire and maintain. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
Emergency Department RN **$5,000 Sign-On Bonus**
Shift: Part time (.6, 12 hour night shift, 6 pm – 6:30 am, every 3rd weekend and holiday)

Duties: Registered Nurse working directly with patients in the emergency department. Primary duties include triage, assess, plan, perform, document and evaluating, using professional independent nursing skills. Requirements: Current Wisconsin RN license or the ability to obtain. Certified in NRP, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, CALS or the ability to obtain. BLS certification required. Three years critical care or ED experience preferred.
Group Exercise Instructor
Shift:Casual (Hours will vary. Classes are offered Monday – Friday from 5:30 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday mornings) Currently not offering classes on Sundays, but open for consideration.
Duties: Provide members and guests with instruction that creates a safe, fun atmosphere for group exercise classes for a variety of fitness levels. Examples of classes we’re looking for include but are not limited to: Bootcamp, Pilates, Pound, Kettle Bells, Substitute Silver Sneakers, Les Mills Tone, Spin, Dance Instructors (Zumba) and Group Cycle.
Requirements:Group Exercise Certificate and/or Fitness Specialty Certificate & CPR/AED Certified.

Duties: The Housekeeping Aide works in different areas of the hospital performing cleaning duties to keep the facility orderly, attractive, clean and sanitary. Areas can include: patient rooms, restrooms, kitchen, carpets, floors, exam rooms and surgical areas. Responsible for executing daily, weekly and monthly duties.
Requirements: Must have a quality, professional and positive attitude, customer service skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
Maintenance Engineer **$1,500 Sign-On Bonus**No experience necessary**
Shift: Full time (1.0, 2 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, call rotation)
Duties: The Maintenance Engineer cleans and maintains the hospital and grounds. Will perform general, routine custodial duties as well as light mechanical work. Will help maintain a safe and clean hospital along with snow removal on the campus. Works off an electronic work ticket system. This position will have on-call responsibilities and be a part of the call rotation.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous custodial, maintenance or housekeeping experience preferred, however, previous experience is not required. One to two years of experience in a commercial setting would be ideal. Candidate must have the basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures, MSDS and ability to use or repair small and medium equipment. Candidate must have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask.
Med/Surg Registered Nurse **$2,000 Sign-On Bonus**
Shift: Part time (.6, 12 hour night shift (6 pm – 6:30 am), every 3rd weekend and holiday)
Duties: Works directly with patients in the Med/Surg unit to assess, plan and implement the highest quality nursing care. Provides age-specific care and teaching to patient population(s). Monitors and recognizes changes in physiologic status, takes appropriate action based on assessment, utilizes critical thinking skills and evaluates and documents findings and patient response. As a patient advocate, coordinates the care of the patient through collaboration and appropriate delegation. Interacts frequently with all patient service departments. All other duties as assigned within the scope of nursing practice.

Medical Laboratory Technician/Clinical Laboratory Scientist **$2,000 Sign-On Bonus**

Duties: Medical Laboratory Technician or Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a Critical Access Hospital laboratory staffed 24/7. Responsible for providing quality, proficient and professional laboratory service in a critical access hospital and outpatient setting. Collect and process specimens using appropriate technique. Perform testing and verify assay/analyzer performance. Responsible for testing in any of the following areas: hematology, coagulation, microbiology, chemistry, urinalysis and transfusion medicine. Document and communicate lab test results thoroughly and accurately. Perform and document assay/analyzer maintenance.
Requirements:Associate or Bachelor degree in medical technology or other science. Qualified to work in a high complexity laboratory. Approved laboratory certification such as ASCP or AMT. If not certified at time of hire, must obtain certification within 12 months.
Shift: Casual (.3, flexible hours/shifts, coverage needed Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning, occasional weekend coverage)
Duties: Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with developmental, neurologic and musculoskeletal disorders with emphasis on ergonomic principles. Restores patient’s functional ability, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy through the use of therapeutic treatments and modalities. Is responsible for assisting with program development, in-servicing staff and for community education.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required. National certification through the National Certification of Occupational Therapy Board. Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of WI. DPI licensure or eligible to apply is required. Current CPR and AED certifications required.
Patient Access Representative – Scheduling
Shift: Full time (1.0, Monday 7 - 3:30, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 8-4, Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-5, required to work one holiday every other year)

Duties: Responsible for the scheduling of family practice, specialty, diabetes care/nutrition and rehab patients in a clinic setting as well as completing the checkout process for all family practice patients. To ensure proper workflow of claims, patient access representative will provide exceptional customer service while collecting patient demographics, insurance and payment information. Must be able to demonstrate understanding of insurance eligibility, scheduling guidelines and medical terminology. Patient Access staff are required to follow HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of insurance experience required. Candidate must have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and computer experience; EMR experience preferred. BLS required.
Shift: Casual (Monday through Friday, hours vary between 6 am and 7 pm, no weekends or holidays)
Duties: Functioning as a liaison between laboratory and patients, the phlebotomist performs specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry and limited laboratory testing. Responsible for blood collections, by venipuncture and capillary technique, and non-blood collections from patients of all age groups. Verifies patient identification and properly labels specimens to ensure patient safety. Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in phlebotomy, laboratory, or other healthcare related job preferred.
Shift: Casual (days, evenings and call)
Duties: Performs diagnostic imaging procedures relating to all aspects of the department including but not limited to: general x-rays, CT, Dexa and EKGs.
Requirements: Registered Technologist RT(R) and State of Wisconsin Radiographer License required.
RN Shift Supervisor **$5,000 Sign-On Bonus**
Shift: Full and Part time (.6 - 1.0 FTE, day and night positions)
Duties: Is responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. Will facilitate and mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills. Will continuously assess unit needs to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts by collaborating with other departments, clinical and nonclinical, to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients in a timely manner. Will demonstrate professionalism at all times and will uphold standards of practice by holding team members accountable for continued compliance.
Requirements: Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing required. Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC or CALS, PALS, STABLE (preferred, not required) certification or willing to obtain. Two years as a Registered Nurse. Prefer 12 months of acute care experience, Emergency or ICU experience. Prefer six months of leadership experience. Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills. Ability to learn OMC computer applications.
Surgical Scrub Technician **$1,500 Sign-On Bonus**
Shift: Full time (.8 - 1.0, primarily daytime hours with rotating weekday, weekend and holiday call)

Duties: Responsible for the cleaning and disinfecting surgical instrumentation and equipment from the Clinic, Hospital (OB & ER) and surgical services. Responsible for arranging the surgical equipment in the operating room. Assists the Perioperative Team in providing direct patient care to the surgical patient under the supervision of the perioperative nurse. Help maintain a clean, safe environment for surgical patients.
Requirements: Current Sterile Reprocessing certification and BLS certification required. Knowledgeable about various CSR equipment, CSR processes, AAMI guidelines.
