Searching for a health care career that fits your needs? Osceola Medical Center has a rich history dating back to its founding in 1932. Throughout our growth, expansion, a new facility and the creation of this campus, OMC’s character has remained the same: to inspire and improve the health and well-being of our community through home-town customer service, quality health care and strategic partnerships.

We can say the same things many other medical centers say, that we combine technology, outstanding patient care and friendly service to provide you with the best care possible. Instead, we think our dedication to patients is best summoned up when our patients refer to us as “One Place”.

Our Culture

Thank you for your interest in Osceola Medical Center. We’d like to tell you what to expect when you come here. We have created the “One Place” our neighbors want to come to for their health care. And in doing that, it's also become the one place where we want to work.

Our perspective, "Your Whole Life in One Place," gives us a lens into who we are, what we want to do and how we will get there. It allows us to align all of our efforts so we can better help each other provide great care. This also extends to where we live. With most everything we need within a 15-minute drive, we can help our communities become the One Place to raise families.

We come together for one purpose: to be the One Place that provides friendships, support and laughter. It allows us to provide the care you would want your family to have, and the kind of experience worth talking about.

We hope you want to be the one.

Community

Our Community

Community

Our Osceola community is a delightful surprise. Nestled along the banks of the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, a part of the National Park Service, our community offers plenty of home-town charm and amenities.

Including its bustling downtown listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Less than 40 miles from Minneapolis and St. Paul, Osceola is also a gateway to four area state parks and boosts a popular regional air and car show, a premier public school system, local festivals and our very own health-care campus.

The community, itself, is an extension of our perspective, “Your Whole Life in One Place”, as it provides almost everything you need within a 15-minute drive and is the One Place to raise families.
