About Athena

As our staff learn and become comfortable with our new system, you may notice the following during your visit in March.

Longer wait and registration times. Since we will be entering all patient information into our new system, please bring your driver’s license and health insurance card to this appointment. Plan to take a patient photo to help our staff identify you at future visits.

Limited clinic appointments. To ensure the best patient care, we have lengthened our appointments while our staff become familiar with the new electronic medical record system. If you have an urgent medical need, our Walk-In Clinic in Osceola is available Monday-Friday (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Saturday (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

Please know that quality care continues to be very important to us during this transition. We ask for patience and understanding at this time. Please let our staff know if you have any questions or concerns at 715-294-2111, or check out our website for more information.
