We are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
As a courtesy to you, we will submit bills to your insurance company and follow the processing of your claim. After that, we have many options for you to pay your balance. To help you, we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments online (click here to pay online). OMC also accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and healthcare savings account reimbursements. Payment plans can also be arranged.
We are happy to help you with your bill. Although we will make every effort to resolve the account balance with your insurance carrier, remember that your policy is between you and your insurance carrier. On occasion it may be necessary for you to contact your insurance carrier to expedite payment.

Currently you can only make payments online. Access to real-time account balances is not available at this time. If you have questions about your bill, please call 715-294-2111 and ask for your account representative.

There are no fees for making your payment online.
