Cardiology/Heart Care

Cardiology is a subspecialty of internal medicine that focuses specifically on disorders of the heart and blood vessels. Our cardiology services specialists work closely with OMC staff to diagnose and treat conditions such as chest pain, irregular rhythms, and high blood pressure, as well as congenital heart defects, heart disease and heart failure. Through our expanded cardiac therapy department, we provide on-site nuclear medicine capabilities for stress tests (electrocardiograms), telemetry and other cardiac monitoring procedures. Our cardiac therapy staff will assist you in preventive care, and get you back on track to a heart-healthy lifestyle.
