Shift: Casual (days will vary, day shift, rare evening/weekend shifts)
Duties: Lab professional who is responsible for all processes related to patient testing, internal and external quality control, and customer service issues in the course of their assigned shift.
Requirements: Current MLT/MT or CLT/CLS certification by ASCP or NCA preferred, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire. Recent graduates considered.
Patient Account Representative
Shift: Full Time (1.0, Days)
Duties: Acts as a liaison between the patient, physician, insurance companies and third party processing to ensure appropriate payment and reimbursement of Medicare claims. Will utilize independent judgment to interpret policies and procedures, run reports, and conduct audits for compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years minimum insurance billing experience required. Medicare billing preferred. Thorough knowledge of the insurance billing process, claims and medical terminology.
Shift: Casual (6-16 hrs/ppd; weekdays, no holidays, shift start ranges from 6 am - noon)
Duties: Conduct specimen collection, processing, and office duties in a hospital laboratory setting. Field,investigate, and resolve patient/customer service inquiries and problems with a high level of detail and patience.
Requirements: Phlebotomist training or certification preferred. Biology, Chemistry, Physiology background helpful.
Shift: Casual (day, evenings and weekends)
Duties: Performs diagnostic imaging procedures relating to all aspects of the department including but not limited to: general x-rays, portables, emergency room, surgical, and CT. Assists Radiologist as necessary.
Requirements: Registered Technologist RT(R) or registry eligible, State of Wisconsin Radiographer License required. CT experience preferred.
Emergency Department Technician
Shift: Part time (.6, Noon-8:30p weekdays, 11:00a-7:30p weekend hours, every other weekend and every other holiday)
Duties: Assists in the coordination of patient care through collaboration with the nursing team. Will provide daily patient cares, activities and other tasks as delegated by the nursing staff and within the scope of ER Tech practice.
Requirements: CNA with current WI certification required, or the ability to obtain or EMS Basic. BLS certification required. Six months hospital experience preferred.
Shift: Full Time (.9, flexible weekday hours, every other Saturday)
Duties: Works directly with Family Practice provider in a clinic setting in Scandia, MN. Duties include, but are not limited to rooming patients, administeringinjections, phone message facilitating test results, and all other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
Requirements: CMA certification or LPN licensure, BLS certification, clinical experience preferred. Must have MN X-Ray Certification.
Wild River Fitness
Group Exercise Instructor
Shift: Days and times will vary
Duties: Provide members and guests with instruction and assistance in order to ensure members/guests safely participate in group exercise classes.
Requirements: Group Exercise Certificate or Fitness Specialty Certificate & CPR/AED Certified.
Shift: Casual (days and times will vary)
Duties: Is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all members, guests, and program participants. Will promote programs, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and is responsible for the sale of memberships and responding to member and guest needs.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be self-motivated and creative with a quality, professional and positive attitude and have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications. CPR/AED certification, customer service skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are required. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales and marketing or related area preferred.
